Music veteran Jermaine “JD” Dupri is adding a new twist to food goals. The hip-hop mogul stars in a new PETA campaign pushing a vegan lifestyle.
In a new clip, JD reveals he’s stayed off meats for over 10 years and credited the healthy grub grind for fueling his energy.
“I feel like anybody that has a problem with their energy level being right—tired all the time, you can definitely feel the difference. A vegan lifestyle puts you on that track to just be healthy. That’s the lifestyle that you have to take on. That’s why I wanted to do this. I wanted to make sure people heard me and saw that I was really, really doing this.” (PETA)
