Top Dawg Entertainment‘s Ab-Soul isn’t playing around anymore. Weeks after treating fans to his “Huey Knew” banger Soulo has delivered its visual.
Ab’s new music video premiered Friday (October 14) on TDE’s YouTube page.
In late September, Soul dropped his must-hear, hard-hitting new single.
The next artist on TDE’s prolific release schedule appears to be Ab-Soul, who today put out a new song called “Huey Knew”. Though he’s featured on a number of tracks this year — most recently Danny Brown’s knockout posse cut “Really Doe” alongside King Kendrick and Earl Sweatshirt — this marks his first original cut in two years. Over an eerie, smoke-filled production, Soulo rhymes about blunts, name-drops ASAP Mob, and delivers a shout-out to the coolest POTUS ever, saying, “I hope I’m in Obama’s iPod.” (Consequence of Sound)

Earlier this year, Ab and Top Dawg’s Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith clashed over his status on the star-studded label roster.
Shortly after Ab’s comments, Top Dawg responded to him on Twitter.
Song is fire af!
