A$AP unleashed the follow-up to 2012’s “Pretty Flacko” this week.

A$AP Rocky ushered in the new year with his first single since October’s “Multiply.” Clocking in at a brief two minutes and six seconds, the new “Pretty Flacko II” (alternatively titled “Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2”) sees the Harlem rapper spitting his usual trill fashion game over a piercing beat. As the name might suggest, it’s a sequel to his 2012 hit “Pretty Flacko.” Nez and Rio produced the song. (SPIN)

Barring any changes, Rocky recently said his follow-up to 2013’s Long. Live. ASAP would arrive following group member A$AP Ferg‘s next mixtape.

“We got Ferg coming out with his mixtape project soon. Right after him, my sophomore. Right after that, the Mob tape and hopefully another Ferg album. We trying to smash on y’all motherf*ckers 2015. We’re just trying to really influence culture and give people a reason to listen to music and enjoy lifestyle. Because honestly, it really don’t take much to be happy in life and we’re trying to show people that sh*t. I ain’t been happy like this in a while. I ain’t have this much fun in a while.” (Highsnobiety TV)

A$AP’s sidekick Yams announced a change in plans for the group’s studio release in September.

Fans of A$AP Mob will now have to wait longer for the proper follow-up to their 2012 mixtape Lord$ Never Worry, as A$AP Yams recently announced on his personal Tumblr that L.O.R.D. has been scrapped. The Mob have released a handful of records intended for the project over the last year, including “Trillmatic,” “Xscape,” and most recently “Hella Hoes.” (Complex)

The L.O.R.D. project was initially expected to arrive last winter.

ASAP Mob is releasing their heavily anticipated L.O.R.D. group album on March 4th. The collective cut will feature new collaborations from ASAP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, ASAP Twelvyy, ASAP Nast, ASAP Ant, and we’re assuming an all-star supporting cast of guest appearances. Since an official tracklist and cover art have yet to surface, stay tuned for more information. (XXL Mag)

  1. Hopefully one day you and SGP can workout both of you’re differences and get back in the studio.
