A$AP Mob leader A$AP Rocky recently shared his thoughts on social media comparing him to the likes of fellow hip-hop artist Travi$ Scott.

Instead of having any issues with the comparisons, Rocky applauded Scott’s growing popularity.

“They do say imitation is the highest form of flattery,” Rocky said in an interview. “But what I will say about that is, you can’t come at a rapper with video clips. You gotta come with music. That man, he doing his thing, he doing what he supposed to do. He gettin’ fly, he f*ckin’ bitches, and he makin’ music. I don’t see the problem.” (Hot 97)

A few months ago, Scott sparked headlines after unleashing on the Rocky comparisons.

Recently, Rocky talked about wanting to have kids sometime down the road.

“They don’t dress themselves, they don’t think for themselves, they didn’t find themselves – that’s why they became an entertainer,” he said of his fellow performers. “From experience, I bob along better with normal women. I want children, I just didn’t impregnate anybody yet. But I definitely want a daughter because she is going to be the flyest, jiggiest young lady on this planet.” (Vogue)

Back in August, Rita Ora spoke out on being dissed by Rocky on his “Better Things” song.

“I’m not looking at it like ‘you’re upsetting me’ because I don’t actually give a sh*t. I think about it, and I don’t want people to think it’s okay to speak about women like that. I don’t care what you say about me. I don’t give a flying f*ck. That’s just how it is, but you know got to keep it moving. I’m very happy with what I do, and I’m proud of who I am, and what I represent.” (Hot 97)

Although apologetic for the rhymes’ harshness, Rocky previously stood behind his explicit lines.

“The Rita thing was tasteless of me,” he admits today. “[But] I’ve got to stand by it, because I did it. I said it.” Still, it remains beyond him why people care about it: “Who gives a fuck about who I’m f*cking? Nobody really cares. It’s fun to hear, but who really gives a f*ck about who Rita Ora’s f*cking?” (The Guardian)
