A$AP Mob’s A$AP Ferg has provided fans with an update on his crew’s long-awaited studio album and revealed what supporters could expect.

According to Ferg, the untitled project will be nothing less than a masterpiece.

“We’re just working. We’ve got a lot of friends on that album. I don’t want to speak too many names. It’s kind of early in the game for that, but we still working on it. It’s gonna be a masterpiece when it’s done.” (Rap-Up)

Ferg also dished on keeping late A$AP Mob leader A$AP Yams‘ memory alive.

“It was just important to us as a brotherhood. It’s not about us being rap artists or celebrities or doing it for the cameras. It’s important that we speak to one another and take time out of our busy schedules to do regular things. Most of the time, when we get up, we’re so busy catching up that the music is secondary. We want to get to the music because that’s what people want from us, but I want to know how my brothers is doing, how they’ve been, how’s the road? How’s life? People go through so much change, but it’s important that we communicate with each other and see each other.” (Rap-Up)

Last year, Ferg said their A$AP Mob album would arrive after A$AP Rocky‘s A.L.L.A. came out.

“Rocky album is sounding crazy. It sound like Rocky sound, but to the 10th power, so imagine what that sounds like. Everything you love when we all first came out on the scene, times 10,” Ferg said referring to A.L.L.A. “Everybody individually have their mixtapes practically done already, we just trying to figure out who’s going to come first. Visuals. But as far as the A$AP Mob album, we still working on it. We got some crazy sh*t.” (XXL Mag)
