Model Amber Rose has come forward to briefly speak on her publicized divorce from rap star Wiz Khalifa and admitted she still has love for him.
Although brief with her comments, Rose dished on the reality of going through the divorce in front of the world.
“Devastating,” Rose replied when asked about dealing with her divorce publicly. “I’m human, you know? I’m going through a divorce. I love my husband. I miss him a lot and sh*t happens.” (Hip Hollywood)

Last weekend reports claimed Rose and her manager Nick Cannon linked up for an event earlier this month.
Nick Cannon stepped out to support model Amber Rose at the XXIV Karat Sparkling Wine Launch party in LA on Thursday night, further fueling speculations that the two may be an item. “They were sitting very cozy in her booth. He wouldn’t take pictures with her. He said it was her night, but clearly he didn’t want to because he didn’t want people to speculate on their relationship.” (In Touch Weekly)
Recently, Rose dismissed Cannon hookup gossip and spoke on her pending divorce from Khalifa.
“I was like, ‘D*mn, Nick, that’s cool for you, but it ain’t happening.’ I’m focused on my son and my work. I really don’t have time for a man. I’m going through a divorce and technically I’m single, but I’m just not ready for [that].” (People)
Earlier this month, Nick addressed his status with Rose amid his own split from wife Mariah Carey.
Just a month and a half after publicly confirming his separation from Carey, Cannon says he no plans to move on in another relationship any time soon. “I think the wound’s too fresh to even be thinking about that right now,” he told Dish Nation’s Rickey Smiley. “That’s someone that I’m managing,” Cannon said of Amber Rose. “I’m really excited about everything she’s about to do in her career and building her brand. I manage a lot of people, but obviously that’s one, because she’s in the news as well and kind of a public figure, people just kind of latched onto that as the media does at times.” (Dish Nation)
