50 recently addressed his past feud with Interscope Records, which caused multiple music release setbacks.

As far as his next solo LP, the one that has been talked about since he released Before I Self Destruct in 2009, 50 is looking for an end-of-the-year drop now that he has cleared up all issues with Interscope. “They’re in full support of me now. We cleared up audit issues. That’s always an issue, when you get to the final album or the final requirement you end up going through the books with everything that you’ve done,” he said. “Once those things are resolved, everyone is ready to get back to work, and that’s where we’re at.” (MTV)

Earlier this month, Fif announced he would sideline his official Interscope Records solo album through November.

“The appetizer is coming tomorrow 5 murder numbers,” he tweeted early Tuesday (July 3).

The rapper’s Five (Murder By Numbers) features production from multiple hitmakers.

Following months of talk surrounding 50 Cent’s new album, it’s finally here: 5 (Murder By Numbers). The project was initially thought to be the hip-hop star’s fifth studio album. But a day before it’s scheduled release on July 3rd, he decided to release it for free three days later (July 6), on his 37th birthday. Fif also announced that his official LP would come in November, and will be titled Street King Immortal. 5 is a 10-track, self-released digital album, boasting production from Focus, Hit-Boy, Trax, and Havoc.
