According to Fif, he took time to come up with his sexual story about why he had a limp arm.

“Oh, you mean my skeletal injury from a series of masturbation? That one was thought out. I was trying to figure out what to say as after a day of being asked questions about it, there was just so much pressure for what I was going to answer and it kept coming up! I was trying to figure out different ways to answer the question because I hate to be boring. I want to say something entertaining for people to read.” (GQ Magazine)

Last week, Fif said sexual activity played a big part in the throw.

It was such a woeful throw you’d think 50 Cent was blind. He might be … because of too much masturbation, as the old saying goes. 50 Cent has tried to laugh off his terrible, terrible pitch at a New York Mets game last week by claiming he was hobbled by a, uhhhhhhh, pulled muscle. “I have a skeletal muscle injury on my left shoulder from excessive masturbation so take it easy lol,” Fiddy told a Reddit Ask Me Anything forum. (Page Six)

In late May, Fif claimed a local cop felt no shame in bringing up his pre-Mets game throw while on duty.

“That was Curtis that did that. See, I’m trying to get Curtis to be more like 50 Cent. … You know what, I actually got pulled over by New York City police. They pulled me over in my car. He pulled me over and I said, ‘I got my license,’ right, because I was a little nervous. As soon as he pulled me over, I was like, ‘Uh-oh. What’d I do?’ And then, he said, ‘You know that pitch was terrible.’ He didn’t give me a ticket, no thing. He said, ‘Just go ahead. I don’t want to mess up your day because you made me laugh.'” (“Good Morning America”)

Fif posted videos and addressed his headline-generating pitch on Instagram.

“I’m a hustler not a Damn ball player. LMAO #smsaudio #animalambition,” Fif captioned behind home plate.

“The sh!t almost hit the camera man d*mn, if you look close you can see them moving the plate. Lol #smsaudio #animalambition” (50 Cent’s Instagram)
