Promising to take a new approach to 2013, Fif threw back questions related to his past and present associates landing on the upcoming Street King Immortal LP.

“New year,New approach, I’m not afraid of change.this Sh!t is going perfect STREET KING IMMORTAL will not fall short of a classic.#SMSaudio,” Fif tweeted December 26th.

“N*gga you need a banks or a yayo album?RT @LucaBrasi718:@50cent I Need Banks & Yayo On That Album”

“Buck in jail fool SMSaudioRT @YoungCaisar: Hey @50cent I Need young buck On That Album,I think its cool !” (50 Cent’s Twitter)

Last September, the music executive admitted he did not keep in constant contact with his G-Unit brethren.

“I see Yayo all the time. He actually comes through — he’ll pop up. We’ll do that, but away from it when we come home I be busy working on something and they supposed to be doing the music, writing the music,” 50 told Angie Martinez. “Now it’s like I think I’ve enabled them. I’ve damaged that by being so close to it that they just go. Their way of dealing with things is not dealing with it so you can have people that work for you who you work for because they’re just waiting for you to do it. Or you don’t say anything and there’s no urgency — I don’t talk to them. We’re still friends, it’s just the relationship is different. We grown – the issues came up where that they feel like it’s hard for them to be the man while I’m around.” (“The Angie Martinez Show”)

A month prior, Tony Yayo addressed controversial Fif remarks and denied having any tensions toward him.

“Who started Gunit me that’s who.,” he tweeted August 12th.

“Why would I blow shots at 50 the media want see Gunit fail so bad we won to much in front of n*ggas everybody running with our format.” (Tony Yayo’s Twitter)

In August, 50 spoke on Buck landing 18 months behind bars on a gun possession conviction.

“I think it’s unfortunate. I don’t wish that on nobody, having to sit in the joint. But I don’t know how to respond in a nice way to blatant disrespect that was offered. I’m the kind of person that I don’t let go of things easy, I’ll be honest with you. If I’m the driving force behind why the situation is what it is, I’ll accept it. But when I can’t see what I’ve done to offer it, then I think that that was just a plan that didn’t go right. If it went the way they wanted it to, there would still be no white flag. That goes across the board…even with my personal relationships with women. It’s always people looking for what they want out of it.” (XXL Mag)
