New York rapper 50 Cent is all about showing love to his hip-hop elders. The rap veteran has paid some serious respect to music legend Slick Rick and Method Man.
Fif went to Instagram Monday (August 7) with a pic of himself, Slick and Mef.
Last month, the Unit boss updated fans on his next solo album.
“I have an album that I’ve been waiting to put out. JAY-Z just released a record recently. It was good I just said it was too smart. I think you do gotta dumb down the material to fit in what the culture’s producing. It’s a little more melody-driven and not as sophisticated as it was when I came in. I guess it’s a place for it like that. [Album release date?] It’ll be before the end of the year. It won’t be as smart as the JAY-Z record.
