New York rapper 50 Cent might be up for a true challenge. The hip-hop veteran has hinted at his interest to return to the New York Mets’ Citi Field for a highly-anticipated first pitch attempt.
Fif went to Instagram Friday (January 12) to troll himself over his now-infamous 2014 disaster pitch.

Yesterday, the New York Mets extended its hand to have 50 Cent return to the stadium for another shot.
Hey @50cent, we heard you’re ready to redeem yourself?! Here is your invite to throw out a first pitch this season. Toss a strike this time! #50FirstPitch https://t.co/WUZlUTHbHK

Back in June 2014, 50 Cent provided a sexual explanation for throwing a now-infamous weak first pitch at a Mets game.
It was such a woeful throw you’d think 50 Cent was blind. He might be … because of too much masturbation, as the old saying goes. 50 Cent has tried to laugh off his terrible, terrible pitch at a New York Mets game last week by claiming he was hobbled by a, uhhhhhhh, pulled muscle. “I have a skeletal muscle injury on my left shoulder from excessive masturbation so take it easy lol,” Fiddy told a Reddit Ask Me Anything forum. Days prior, Fif claimed a local cop felt no shame in bringing up his pre-Mets game throw while on duty.
“That was Curtis that did that. See, I’m trying to get Curtis to be more like 50 Cent. … You know what, I actually got pulled over by New York City police. They pulled me over in my car. He pulled me over and I said, ‘I got my license,’ right, because I was a little nervous. As soon as he pulled me over, I was like, ‘Uh-oh. What’d I do?’ And then, he said, ‘You know that pitch was terrible.’ He didn’t give me a ticket, no thing. He said, ‘Just go ahead. I don’t want to mess up your day because you made me laugh.'” (“Good Morning America”)
