G-Unit head 50 Cent has reportedly fired off some legal shots at one-time rap rival Rick Ross‘ head in the form of a lawsuit.

According to reports, 50 has responded to a lawsuit from Ross’ ex-girlfriend by name-dropping the Maybach Music Group leader.

50 has filed a lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — in which he’s trying to deflect blame from himself for the video which now has millions of views. Lastonia Leviston has sued 50 claiming she was so distraught after 50 posted the video she contemplated suicide. But now 50 says Ross is actually the one who created the problem because he or one of his lackeys was first to post it … 50 just linked to it. 50 points to an interview Ross did with a radio station the day before the video was posted in which he said he was going to put the sex tape online. Check out what 50 previously said about the lawsuit on the next page…

Back in 2010, 50 said he was confident in the faults on the plaintiff’s side.

“That wasn’t me, that was Pimpin’ Curly….a person tries to say, you’ve done a mental harm to them. Then they might want to consider the recordings of Rick Ross saying that she’s an actual call girl. Or the pamphlets that I’m showing in the tape, that’s saying that she’s available. So how distraught is she that a tape went out? They think I bought the tape, I didn’t even buy it.” (Miss Info)

Ross’ ex took legal action against Curtis Jackson in winter 2010.

Lastonia Leviston filed the lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan, claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with an unidentified man in 2008. In the tape, Leviston is seen showing off a tattoo on her chest with the initials “RR,” seemingly in reference to Ross, and 50 is heard providing exaggerated voice-over narration to the action in his wigged “Pimpin’ Curly” persona. 50 Cent released the controversial tape in 2009 and narrated it using his “Pimpin’ Curly” voice.

“Now look man, I’m gonna show you some sh*t man,” Curly says in the video’s intro. “She says she loves the n*gga, I thought she was with Ricky…Oh this is cold blooded, man…Tape only been on for one minute 30 seconds, you’re dead…Look at the stretch marks on the stomach from Ricky daughter…I want you to watch this on your tour bus, Ricky…Now how the f*ck you gonna say you a boss and you run a motherf*cking crew and can’t even control your b*tches. Is this n*gga licking on the Rick Ross tattoo…This n*gga sold me the motherf*cking tape, man. That’s my motherf*cking n*gga! He made one of my singles. You know, I mean his motherf*cking producer did, record executive. See if you can figure who he is…Well you know E-Class f*cked her. E-Classf*cked the b*tch first man.” (Boo Boo TV)

  1. Again, for you young pups, this is not snitching. If fat boy posted the video, he gonna have to give up some of dem Wing Stops.

    • Exactly, why would 50 pay millions for soemthing he didn’t do. Serves Ross right and probably what he was hoping would happen

    • How is this not snitching. Put any other crime in placefof this and it’s called snitching. If someone sold drugs on a spot the day before you did, are you saying he should be penalized because you got caught. Also you mention him by name. This is why I left the streets alone.

      • #1 this ain’t the drug game. #2 It’s public knowledge because fat boy told the world what he did.#3 let’s use your drug analogy, lets supposed you go on the radio and tell the person that’s interviewing you and the world that you’re a drug dealer and you’re going to post some of your transactions online, do you need a witness? I take your posted transaction and put it on my website. When I get accused I tell them where I found the posting. That makes me a snitch huh? I guess SOHH, World Star and all these other websites snitches too, they use each others sources ALL DAY.

      • “That’s why I left the streets alone”. LoL!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! That last statement added to your logic just fucking cracks me up!!!! So may fakes onlien! I guess that’s what draws your type to the net….you can be anything you want! Even a “gangster”

        • My type? I’m 38 years old lol. I never claimed to be a “gangster”. Your logic is that everybody in the street is a gangster. Bwah….. nvm lol. You too were drawn to the net. I lived through the roughest era in onefof this country’s roughest cities. But as I said I left that all alone. What about that makes me fake? I’m solid and confident so I have no need to assume what type of person you are.

          • 38 years old you didn’t live through the roughest era fuck out of here with that.

          • You’re long ass reply to someone you don’t know online is what tells me your fake

          • Sheesh you mixed up “you’re” and “your”. That shouldn’t annoy me but it does. I’ve given you too much of my time. But for the life of me, I’m a fake what? Is it that these days you can just call someone fake and that makes them just that. Smh. I’m too old to be in here for real. Lol
