G-Unit‘s 50 Cent knows how to take advantage of social media. The hip-hop star has publicly gone after jailed music foe James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond with government documents.

Fif went to Instagram Sunday (November 6) with paperwork showing Henchman’s past ties to law enforcement.

Earlier this week, reports emerged about a 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan granting Henchman a new trial over errors in a 2014 trial.

James (Jimmy Henchman) Rosemond, 51, was sentenced to life in prison for the 2009 murder of G-Unit associate Lowell (Lodi Mac) Fletcher — but the Second Circuit Court of Appeals found he’d been deprived of his right to a fair trial. Rosemond’s lawyer, the decision says, had been improperly barred from putting on a full defense because of the trial judge’s ruling involving the testimony of the main witness against Rosemond, Brian McCleod. McCleod, who was involved in the hit on Fletcher, testified that Rosemond never actually used the words “kill” or “murder” when he ordered the attack on him in the Bronx. (NY Daily News)

The case dates back to the 2009 slaying of G-Unit affiliate Lodi Mac.

Rosemond was convicted in December 2014 on charges he ordered a crew to kill an associate of the rap group known as G-Unit. Prosecutors said the killing was payback for an assault on Rosemond’s son. Rosemond’s lawyer argued witnesses against him were unreliable. (Billboard)

  1. Common Senze…What California jail or any jail in the U.S. you know wherein  someone can dig out of??? None that’s how many. My money would be on Jimmy paid them escapees off and they knew exactly what he was gonna do…all in the master plan…Lets look at the outcome….A convicted felon got caught with two guns and a slew of other charges and got out in four years…An individual with no common senze will only see the obvious but a person who factors in Jimmy’s brilliance would only just begin to see the master plan….just saying.

  2. This the last thing I’m going to say on this……What’s something a person cant change in themselves no matter how hard they try? MODUS OPERANDI…It’s fair to say once a rat always a rat…agreed…You know how the mob have a consigliere….Well Jimmy was/is the consigliere of all major criminal figures out there. He’s the one they confided in. He has enough information to get out of 100 life sentences if he wanted to….if he was a rat you don’t think he would utilize the volumes and volumes of shady, felonious, murderous information he has on many people out there….Yeah…he would utilize that just like 99 % of people if he was a rat. He would’nt be able to change his modus operandi like that especially when faced with 7 life sentences…Yeah paperwork may say certain things but that doesn’t mean persuasion wasn’t involved.
