[With a highly-anticipated one-night only Keyshia Cole, Tank, Jagged Edge and Monifah show going down tonight (November 11) at Newark, New Jersey’s NJPAC, SOHH’s compiled the top five songs we want to see performed at the packed venue.]
1. Keyshia Cole’s “I Should’ve Cheated”
With so many high-profile couples breaking up in 2016, is there any other better song than “I Should’ve Cheated” to listen to? Whether it was Diddy and Cassie falling apart or Safaree Samuels and Nicki Minaj‘s publicized beefs, everyone can relate.
2. Keyshia Cole’s “I Remember”
Of course we can only hope Keyshia performs “I Remember” because, much like “I Should’ve Cheated,” there was a lot of pain in those break-ups. With Keyshia’s strong vocals, there’s a need to hear her croon out those memorable lines. Someone might need to let Iggy Azalea and Nick Young hear this.
3. Tank’s “You Don’t Know”
While we want to see Tank do his thing solo, it wouldn’t hurt for Washington, DC native Wale to take the ride up to perform their “You Don’t Know” banger. The standout track off “Sex Love & Pain” is a must-see performed live.
4. Jagged Edge’s “Trade It All” Part 2
A little throwback, but who can’t remember that “Trade It All” classic? While the first was great, having Diddy and Fabolous come through for this memorable hit? We gotta see this live!
5. Monifah’s “I Miss You”
Rest in peace to the late Heavy D, we need to hear and see this tribute song performed by Monifah. Very throwback but a must! Monifah is vintage R&B and represents what those 90’s hits were all about.
