Pop icon Madonna is taking action in hopes of having her worn underwear and a past 2Pac love letter not land in the wrong hands. New reports claim the singer has filed an emergency court order Tuesday (July 18) to block an auction website from selling the personal items.
Details have surfaced of Madonna’s sudden decision to stop the memorabilia from going to the highest bidder.
Madge filed an emergency court order Tuesday in NYC to block the website gottahaverockandroll.com from hawking the letter and a ton of other personal memorabilia — including personally worn panties. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Madonna says she was blindsided by the auction, and says she never knew some of these items were no longer in her possession. Madonna believes a former friend and art consultant, Darlene Lutz, betrayed her by taking the loot. (TMZ)
