What’s going on with the Tupac Shakur biopic? We’re all excited about the N.W.A. biopic coming together but are we going to finally see the 2Pac biopic hit theaters? There’s doubt in the air according to the director. RumorFix is on it:
Director Antoine Fuqua has re-united with Training Day star Denzel Washington for the The Equalizer. But plans for a biopic about famed rapper Tupac Shakur remain very much up in the air. The award winning film maker revealed: “I could not get a script that I was happy with, I knew Tupac and Shug all of them, so you know. “I know his mom (Tupac) — more than anything I did not want to not get it right.” New York born rapper Tupac sold over 75 million records worldwide before he was mysteriously shot dead in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996, aged only 25. 2. Why Can’t We Be Friends?
