Late West Coast hip-hop icon 2Pac’s mother Afeni Shakur is reportedly involved in a heavy divorce from estranged husband Gust Davis.

According to reports, Gust wants a part of the Tupac estate after 12 years of marriage to Afeni.

They have lots of property and he wants, among other things, the right to live on their 50 acre North Carolina ranch and wants the keys to the houseboats. Gust, who’s a minister, also wants to keep his sweet Jag. We’re told the Tupac Estate rakes in around $900k a year, but according to Gust, after expenses Afeni gets around $20k a month. We’re told he wants $10k a month for the rest of his life. (TMZ)

A few days ago, radio veteran Angie Martinez reflected on her relationship with the late hip-hop mogul.

Aptly titled My Voice, Martinez’s memoir, out May 17, explores the cultural developments “that touched me, that I learned from – and the moments people reacted to the most,” she exclusively tells PEOPLE. “[2Pac] was charming and amazing, but he was also angry at certain people. And aggressive,” Martinez, 45, reveals. “I just felt that the time was so sensitive that some of the things he said would have made the situation worse.” (People)

Martinez also spoke on the aftermath of Pac’s passing and delivering the shocking news to radio listeners.

“When he got shot, it was horrifying,” she explains. “And I was on the radio when it happened. I had to tell the whole city. Mind you, there’s no Twitter, no Instagram … People in New York found out Tupac died from me.” (People)

Young Money rapper Tyga posted up a few handfuls of Pac-related posts and referenced his real dad on Twitter earlier this month.
