Def Jam rapper 2 Chainz is ready to go legend with his fifth solo album. The hip-hop veteran has officially revealed the name and motivation behind his new Rap Or Go To The League studio project.

Deuce went to Instagram this past Sunday (February 18) to speak on how personal his latest LP is.

According to some reports, Chainz spent the NBA All-Star Weekend having his album title-revealing blimp circle around Los Angeles.

The always-inventive marketer launched a blimp that circled the Los Angeles sky for hours, emblazoned with the words RAP OR GO TO THE LEAGUE— which served as the official announcement as the title of his forthcoming album. Chainz’ memorable album title unveiling came hot on the heels of last week’s release of his surprise new four-song EP, The Play Don’t Care Who Makes It. In keeping with the air of mystery around the new project, no street date has been announced. (HITS Daily Double)

Earlier this month, Deuce surprised fans with his Play Don’t Care Who Makes It EP release.

The same week, Chainz promised to release some new music sooner than later.
