Game Laughs At 40 Glocc: “$3,000 & He Sued Me For 4.5 Million”

West Coast rapper Game has come forward to react to news about him paying $3,000 to rap rival 40 Glocc over a publicized 2012 altercation.

Game responded to his headline-generating situation and laughed off the financial loss on social media.

Buzz about Game having to pay up the bucks to Glocc surfaced last week.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Susan Bruguera also found that The Game, 36, committed battery against rapper 40 Glocc, setting up a second phase of trial to determine whether the defendant should have to pay punitive damages. A status conference is scheduled Jan. 14. Brugera heard a non-jury trial of 40 Glocc’s lawsuit before taking the case under submission on Sept. 25. She said in her three-page ruling that the amount of money awarded reflects 40 Glocc’s lack of candor during his testimony. (My News LA)

In summer 2013, Glocc jumped onto his Instagram page to rip Game for allegedly claiming self-defense in their publicized 2012 fight case.

Earlier the same week, reports revealed Game had taken legal action in response to 40’s claims.

It’s bad enough The Game famously beat down 40 Glocc on video — but now he’s verbally slapping the guy around … claiming 40 is only suing him to extend his 15 minutes of fame, and soak up Game’s shine. 40 Glocc filed the lawsuit after Game humiliated him 2 years ago by beating the crap out of him, recording it, and posting it on YouTube. Now, Game says — in new docs obtained by TMZ — he was acting in self-defense during the fight and only started punching after 40 pulled a gun. 40 has claimed Game pulled a gun, though neither is seen with a firearm in the video.
