Atlanta rapper Yung Joc has stepped forward to address the Internet spazzing out over his new hairstyle. The reality TV star also simmered down speculation of him coming out of the closet.
According to Joc, his hair transformation is not a sign of his sexuality.
“I ain’t walking around here with my booty hanging out, sagging my pants. I ain’t got no extensions, no red, no blue, no green, no blond dreads. I’m getting hit with all the ‘Oh he must be coming out of the closet.’ No,” Joc explained. “I’m like ‘I want you to give me something that look like the white boy.’ She like, ‘I don’t know what you mean.’ I’m like, ‘Give me the hairstyle with the little part, and swoope it over kinda like ‘Classic Man.’” (V-103)
Yesterday (August 31), R&B veteran Tiny poked fun at Joc’s hairstyle.
Last weekend, Joc acknowledged all of the social media trolling centered on his hairdo.
Heading into last weekend, rap star 50 Cent playfully taunted Joc’s hairstyle.
