While fans await a G-Unit reunion with 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo, ex-group member Young Buck may have something similar in mind after shouting out former labelmate Game this weekend.
Weeks after being released from jail, Buck reached out to his one-time rap nemesis over Twitter.
“I’m writing so u know its serious.. #SaluteToDaStreetz http://instagram.com/p/f7LR79D6FV/”
“Work Work Work!!!!!!”
“Shout to tha n*gga @WakaFlockaBSM !!!!”
“Shout To My N*gga @thegame it’s Luv homie!!!!!,” Buck tweeted October 27. (Young Buck’s Twitter)
Game made sure to re-tweet Buck’s remark and acknowledged being in his hometown.
“Nashville…..I’m in town for one night & ONE NIGHT ONLY & this is where its at ! #TSUHOMECOMING #TurnDownForWhat pic.twitter.com/fA5Fq7sThI,” Game tweeted October 26.
“On stage w/ my bros @youngbuck x @thegame TURNT UP!!! LIMELIGHT ON 1000 right now!!! ????? http://instagram.com/p/f9g6CHrE06/,” Game retweeted.
“Shout To My N*gga @thegame it’s Luv homie!!!!!”
“RT @tweetmeRachie: @thegame why u didn’t come in da club homie – they only paid me 2 HOST but sold yall performance tickets #JankyPromoters”

Back in February, Buck Marley spoke on a possible Unit reunion and revealed a talk he had with Game before heading to prison for a felony conviction.
This morning, Young Buck dropped the new track, “I See Why,” off the up-coming joint album with Tha City Paper, Gangsta and Street 2. But not before getting some stuff off his chest about the much talked about G-Unit reunion conversation. “Why Do People, Still Think I’m Beefing With G-Unit, Ain’t No Beef.. I Wish Everyone Well.. I’m Doing Me.. Fif Yay Lbanks game YB unit reunion. What would happen if the Unit Got back together?? Spoke with Game before going to prison, we still good.. That JP album dope…,” he tweeted earlier. “Haven’t Spoken To Fif in about 7 years I think it’s time we talk. It’s not about the reunion.. it’s bigger than that it’s about life and acknowledging your wrongs and moving forward.. I was a Young Buck.” (XXL Mag)
Earlier this year, 50 Cent said a full-fledged reunion involving ex-member Game would likely never go down.
“Every time there was nothing going on [Game] said “F*ck you, 50,” to generate some sort of new interest. But now that doesn’t work anymore. So you gotta figure out a new way to do it. And now it’s saying, ‘We’ll get G-Unit back together!’ … If it worked it would be something cool that I did. [But] what would you say if I actually did put it together and then it fell apart right in front of you? Or if I bring them around each other and their feelings from a long time — the disrespect and the talking — bleed over into the people that are just around them and then one of them gets shot and killed, or one of them gets stabbed and hurt bad. Then what?” (The Boom Box)
