According to reports, Buck Marley hopped onto Twitter and let loose on his feelings over the weekend.

This morning, Young Buck dropped the new track, “I See Why,” off the up-coming joint album with Tha City Paper, Gangsta and Street 2. But not before getting some stuff off his chest about the much talked about G-Unit reunion conversation. “Why Do People, Still Think I’m Beefing With G-Unit, Ain’t No Beef.. I Wish Everyone Well.. I’m Doing Me.. Fif Yay Lbanks game YB unit reunion. What would happen if the Unit Got back together?? Spoke with Game before going to prison, we still good.. That JP album dope…,” he tweeted earlier. “Haven’t Spoken To Fif in about 7 years I think it’s time we talk. It’s not about the reunion.. it’s bigger than that it’s about life and acknowledging your wrongs and moving forward.. I was a Young Buck.” (XXL Mag)

Earlier this month, Curtis Jackson said a full-fledged reunion involving ex-member Game would likely never go down.

“Every time there was nothing going on [Game] said “F*ck you, 50,” to generate some sort of new interest. But now that doesn’t work anymore. So you gotta figure out a new way to do it. And now it’s saying, ‘We’ll get G-Unit back together!’ … If it worked it would be something cool that I did. [But] what would you say if I actually did put it together and then it fell apart right in front of you? Or if I bring them around each other and their feelings from a long time — the disrespect and the talking — bleed over into the people that are just around them and then one of them gets shot and killed, or one of them gets stabbed and hurt bad. Then what?” (The Boom Box)

G-Unit’s Tony Yayo echoed similar comments recently when asked about hooking back up with Game.

“My problem with [Game] is that once he got to the point where he wanted to be, when he sold 5 million records, it was G-Unot,” he said. “So it’s like why would you want a reunion now if you want to be the guy to bring down the brand and the name. … When we were broke, and we didn’t have a pot to piss in, we were all callin’ each other’s phones and that’s the thing that just upsets me the most, and it makes me just want to say, ‘F— rap’ … Loyalty is my biggest thing. 50 helped all of us eat. We all had mansions; we all had Bentleys; so if Fif is in a bad mood or feels a certain way that day, you just eat that. You learn to judge your friends for who they are.” (MTV)

Unit affiliate Jack Thriller recently talked to SOHH and explained why he believed a reunion would never pop off.

“The G-Unit reunion is never gonna happen, never gonna happen, never gonna happen, never gonna happen, never gonna happen,” Jack told SOHH. “50 is just in a whole new space in his life. He’s doing things with his headphones, the boxing, the energy drink, the movies, he don’t want to do that no more and when he does do it, he wants to do it for himself. I can’t fault him for that because he’s put too much energy into making other people stars. He don’t even got to do nothing for me. Everything that I do, I do it on my own. He just wants those guys to get up, get out and get something. He already gave them the lane so now it’s just time for them to show up themselves. The big bird can feed the baby bird for only so long until it’s time to kick them out the nest and see if they can fly on their own. That’s just what 50 is, he’s just ready to do him. He’s 37, 38 right now, he’s a different guy than who he was when he came out in 2003.” (SOHH)
