Although Buck has yet to address the reports, details of the eviction have already surfaced.

Young Buck is in SERIOUS trouble — the rapper has been evicted from his Tennessee mansion … AND the I.R.S is still on his ass for more than $300k in unpaid taxes. TMZ has learned … the former G-Unit rapper was ordered to vacate his 5,000 square foot home by May 16th. The details surrounding the eviction are unclear — however, court docs show the judge in Buck’s bankruptcy case signed off on the sale of the house … and ordered that the proceeds go towards paying off his massive $333,975.69 debt to Uncle Sam. Sources tell us … the rapper — who bought the house in 2004 — was spotted earlier this week carrying boxes and removing all of his stuff from the residence. (TMZ)

This news comes just days after he announced a pending jail bid.

“I got to go to the penitentiary for two months,” Buck revealed in a video. “F*ck with me for real, hold me down — and when I get out of the penitentiary, all you rap n*ggas better get the f*ck out the way. I ain’t even gonna say no names, but it’s a good thing I’m about to go to the penitentiary.” (“Back On My Buck Sh*t”)

Back in March, Buck Marley dodged death upon getting shot at 11 times.

50 Cent‘s former G-Unit bandmate, real name David Brown, was driving in Nashville, Tennessee when an unidentified gunman passed by in a white Chevrolet and opened fire on Buck’s SUV, hitting it 11 times. Young Buck and a second passenger both escaped unharmed, according to local police, who have launched an investigation into the shooting. The troubled rapper had spent the night before filming a new video and hosting a cookout for fans. (London Free Press)

Recently, he hinted at his G-Unit contractual requirements possibly coming to an end.

“I’ma be honest with y’all. Right now, finally, we’re having some kind of negotiations with what we’ll be able to do as far as the G-Unit situation. So y’all will be the first ones to hear but I’m able to tell you the wait is over. It’s definitely over. I don’t want to put a time limit on it, but the wait is absolutely over, and we’re just trying to figure out what’s the best situation for us far as where am I gonna go. I don’t think I’m going to be able to complete the last few albums I have on G-Unit. But hey, at the end of the day, it is what it is. The past is the past and we’re living in the present.” (Back On My Buck Sh*t)
