Video-based website World Star Hip Hop is not backing down from a potentially pricey legal war with unsigned NFL star Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson days after getting named in a lawsuit for posting a portion of his leaked x-rated home video.
According to reports, WSHH claims it did nothing wrong or illegal by displaying a sneak peek on its site late last month.
Chad Johnson’s sex tape woes keep getting worse … the former NFL star is suing two sites for illegally posting the video online — and now one of ’em wants Chad to know they’re not gonna bend over and take it. TMZ broke the story … a XXX video recently popped up starring Chad. He fired off a cease and desist letter to the sites that posted it — including WorldstarHipHop. The sites took the skin flick down, Chad — who wanted a pound of flesh — filed a lawsuit. A source close to Worldstar tells us … when it came to acquiring the video, it did everything by the book after being assured it was being sold by the legal owner. Therefore, Worldstar contends Chad’s lawsuit is baseless. (TMZ)

Earlier today, Chad admitted to being the “Johnson” in a leaked “adult film” he shot with some bangin’ tattooed jawn. Well, the identity of said jawn has been revealed and confirmed as a Florida-area model named Theresa “Wankaego” Runyon (@Wankaego on Twitter). According to the FCP report, she has covered Black Men’s Magazine, Urban Ink, and also has aspirations to become (wait for it….) a rapper…SMH Celebrity chop-downs are nothin’ new to this broad as she has also been known to have dalliances with both Bow Wow and Waka Flocka Flame. The former all-pro has contacted the FBI, asking investigators to probe how the X-rated footage got hacked from his phone, sources close to Johnson told TMZ. Sources told the gossip site that Johnson has already admitted to being the man in the sexual highlight reel co-starring two female friends. Those chicks in the video are not my ‘friends,’ and the video is old news over here in my circle.
