[With his highly-anticipated Blacc Hollywood album finally on store shelves, Taylor Gang leader Wiz Khalifa dishes on why he doesn't have a rap bucket list anymore, why the Vanilla Ice incident is no biggie and defends his love for model wife Amber Rose.]
[A music bucket list?] It doesn’t really matter. I don’t have a bucket list anymore because I’ve reached out to pretty much everybody in rap at this point or music in general. I’m kind of past saying people’s names and setting up something after that.
I don’t really want to work with anybody. I just want to do the best thing. A lot of what I’ve learned from Blacc Hollywood is that situations just happen, and they’re not always calculated but you got to just go with the best of what’s there for you right now.
There’s a lot of features that I would’ve liked to have made happen for the album and they didn’t, and I’m happy they didn’t and so that just makes me go away from naming any artists and wanting to work with them, and really just doing it.
[The Vanilla Ice incident], I respect his opinion, because the first thing he said was “respect to all the artists” so I feel like it’s a valid opinion that he’s allowed to have.
