Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa has defended putting music-making and social networking on the shelf in light of fiancée Amber Rose bringing their newborn son into the world last week.
Khalifa let his 9.5 million Twitter followers know fatherhood currently holds more weight than the title of hip-hop artist.
“My son wakes right up and gives me kisses on the nose :-),” Khalifa tweeted February 26th.
“Im not gonna lie, i havent been on twitter, instagram, in the studio or nothin. Juss bein Sebastian’s dad is good enough for now” (Wiz Khalifa’s Twitter)
A few days ago, G-Unit’s 50 Cent congratulated Wiz for becoming a father.
“Oh yeah, congratulations,” Fif said in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid when informed about Wiz and Amber’s newborn. “You know I ran into them. I ran into them at the gas station. Yup. Sebastian. I rubbed on Amber’s stomach. It actually gave me good luck. It’s gotta be good luck. You gotta think about it, a baby hasn’t had a chance to sin.” (Shade 45)
