What Comeback? Drag-On Says He’s Been Here For Years: “I Never Skipped A Beat”

[With this new “NRG” track still heating up the Internet, Ruff Ryders alumni Drag-On talks to SOHH about his latest anthem being a reminder instead of a comeback rally tune.]

It’s not really too much of a comeback. It’s really just a reminder. It’s not really too much of a comeback because I’ve never really left the game. My fans have always been there.

I had my daughter and I had to take care of a lot of things that weren’t right [with my label Hood Environment.] I had to get that straightened.

I had to raise my daughter and make sure she knows who daddy is. She’s seven-years-old now so it’s about that time.

I never skipped a beat. I’m here, I know y’all heard a lot of people with a few nice little flows, y’all know where it came from.

I’m just letting people know the flow sounds like ‘this.’
