According to reports, Ricky Rozay is packing his bags and setting off on a “Mastermind” tour slated to start around mid-November.

The 8-city “Mastermind” tour kicks off on Nov. 12 in Detroit and hits cities including Boston, New York, and Atlanta, wrapping on Nov. 23 in his hometown of Miami. The 37-year-old rapper will perform with the 1500 or Nothin’ Band aka “The Fifteen Hundreds.” He debuted the new stage show at a concert at Club Nokia in Los Angeles last month. “It’s never been done like this,” said Ross. “We’ll be performing everything from ‘Tears of Joy’ to ‘Aston Martin Music,’ all with a live band. It’s time to remind everyone what Maybach Music is all about.” (Rap-Up)

Hours after Kanye unveiled a nationwide run earlier this month, Jay’s team announced a handful of big venue performance dates.

Fresh off his “Legends of the Summer” tour with Justin Timberlake, Jay Z has announced the first dates for his “Magna Carter World Tour.” The North American outing gets underway on Nov. 30 in St. Paul, making its way to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston, and Atlanta. The 34-date arena trek will continue throughout the new year, with stops in Chicago, Brooklyn, and Boston before wrapping on Jan. 31 in State College, Penn. Jay Z’s album Magna Carta… Holy Grail recently went double platinum and he toured stadiums with Justin Timberlake on the sold-out “Legends of the Summer” tour earlier this summer. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Sept. 12 starting at 10 a.m. (Rap-Up)

Buzz behind Kanye’s unexpected nationwide venue trek surfaced online in early September.

Kanye West has announced a 23-city trek throughout North America in support of his latest album. “The Yeezus Tour,” which is being presented by AEG Live, will open on Oct. 19 in Seattle and close out Dec. 7 in Houston, with Kendrick Lamar opening on all but five dates. The tour will be making stops in most major outlets including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Boston and New York City, where West will entertain both Brooklyn and Manhattan only four days apart. Coincidentally, Kanye and Young Hov’s Watch the Throne 2011-2012 run currently stands as the highest growing hip-hop tour.

Jay-Z and West promoted Watch the Throne with a 34-date, North American concert tour produced by Live Nation, which began on October 29 and concluded on December 18, 2010. By the end of 2011 the tour had grossed $48.3 million making it the highest grossing hip-hop tour and the eighth highest grossing tour of 2011. By its conclusion, the tour had become the highest grossing concert tour ever by a hip-hop act. (Wikipedia)
