According to the latest reports, the stalker claimed to be RiRi’s future husband.

The delusional man who allegedly smashed his way into Rihanna’s L.A. home and also claimed to be her “future husband” has just been hit with a restraining order, TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Jonathan Whooper was taken into custody on Oct. 4 after cops ID’d him as the man who threw a chair through a glass door at RiRi’s Pacific Palisades home on Sept. 29. According to court docs obtained by TMZ … Whooper made multiple trips to the home. During the incident on the 29th, cops say he broke into the home, triggering the alarm. When he couldn’t disarm the system, he decided to leave … but not before breaking a glass patio table. According to the docs, Whooper returned to the home on October 4th … but this time, he was confronted by security. When asked why he was there, Whooper explained, he was “there to see Rihanna.” (TMZ)

While RiRi can breathe easier knowing there is a restraining order in place, a more serious punishment may be handed out next month.

According to the docs, Whooper returned to the home on October 4th … but this time, he was confronted by security. When asked why he was there, Whooper explained, he was “there to see Rihanna.” When the guard ordered him to leave, Whooper allegedly said, “Do you know who I am? I am Rihanna’s future husband!” Police arrested Whooper later that day a few miles from Rihanna’s home. He was charged with prowling and felony attempted burglary, vandalism and stalking. Rihanna begged the court for protection — claiming she’s suffered “substantial emotional distress and concern for her personal safety.” However, RiRi says she’s unable to testify as a witness in the case because she’s “currently on tour.” Hey, girl’s gotta work. The judge decided Rihanna has a legitimate concern — and issued a temporary restraining order against Whooper, ordering him to stay at least 100 yards away. The case is due back in court later this month — where Rihanna will most likely seek to make the order more permanent. (TMZ)

Police recently arrested a man believed to be Whooper last week after he tried to bust into RiRi’s house.

When Rihanna wrote “Rude Boy,” we doubt she was thinking of this guy. E! News has learned that police have arrested Jonathan Wooper after he reportedly scaled the wall at the R&B superstar’s Los Angeles estate Friday morning. Sgt. Gary Levy tells E! News the suspect seemed to have some delusions about knowing the “Diamonds” singer and being friends with her. (E! Online)

To make things more unusual, the arrested man was believed to be the same person responsible for attempting to break in days prior.

But according to the report, as it turns out, there was another attempted break-in at RiRi’s residence this past Sunday, in which a would-be burglar had tried to throw a chair through a window, but he managed to get away. Authorities are now investigating whether the two men are one and the same. A rep for Rihanna was unavailable for comment, but she wasn’t home as she’s currently in Australia on her Diamonds world tour. (E! Online)
