Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame has finally cleared the air on rumors that suggest a secret romance with Hollywood actress Selena Gomez has sparked a falling out with Gucci Mane.
Rather than let the bloggers live another day, Waka admitted he has never slept with the 20-year-old hottie.
“@WakaFlockaBSM f*cked Selena Gomez #SQUAAAADDDDDD,” Waka retweeted from a Twitter follower.
“Selena Gomez #InEverSmashedHer Respect ms Gomez…… thank you”
“Lmfaoooo RT @philg2444: @WakaFlockaBSM when Selena left Florida in spring breakers she really went to waka’s,” Waka tweeted March 24th. (Waka Flocka Flame’s Twitter)
Once a war of words were exchanged between Waka and Gucci earlier this month, some websites suggested it had something to do with the Spring Breakers star.
Not necessarily best known for staunch commitment to his declarations, Gucci Mane has made the executive decision to relieve Waka Flocka Flame of his Brick Squad 1017 post. The reasons for this are still vague, but we have heard that Waka too had a thing for Spring Breakers actress Selena Gomez, whose intimacy with Wop on set had been rumored. (Complex)
Some pubications even suggested Gucci’s Twitter account may have been hacked.
Hmm…Rahim from Warner/Atlantic says Gucci’s manager claims Gucci’s twitter account was hacked into. But then why is it that more than 12 hours later, 1) there is no “explanation” or retraction tweet. And 2) The diss tweet is still up. Look, hacking happens, so it’s possibility. But it doesn’t seem to add up in this situation. Also, usually you don’t see just one hacked tweet. Also…Gucci can be volatile. So, I’ll just say instead, I hope this incident of bad blood between one of my favorite buddy teams in trap rap isn’t irreversible. (Miss Info TV)
Back in October, Waka revealed he has had a girlfriend for nearly two years.
“I’m in a relationship,” Waka said in an interview. “I’ve had a girl for almost two years. She’s about that life. That small talk [about women] don’t get her. … I’m d*mn sure ain’t going for Rihanna. H*ll nah. [Do I think Rihanna’s bad?] H*ll nah. It ain’t that I don’t think she’s bad, it’s like, nah, brah. She’s got history. You know what I mean? I don’t know, I can’t judge nobody. I don’t know. You don’t know what rocks to them, they’re in their beds. So you don’t know what’s going on.” (“The Breakfast Club”)
