It was very important to put “Against All Odds” on the mixtape because it shows growth.
It’s a difference when you’re arguing in the house with your brother when the windows are closed. When you’re arguing with your brother and the windows are closed and then they’re open.
So people just took the idea [of us beefing] and ran with it. I’m just letting people know, against all odds, me and Gucci [Mane], since I first started rapping, it was against all odds.
