According to reports, a man has been charged with death by auto.

The Middlesex County Prosecutors Office says 35-year old Kevin Roper was charged with 1 count of death by auto and 4 counts of assault by auto. Details of Morgan’s horrific accident surfaced online early Saturday (June 7).
The 45-year-old former Saturday Night Live star was traveling in a limo bus that overturned around 1 a.m. Saturday morning of Exit 7A of the Turnpike in Cranbury, N.J., state police tell NBC10.com. That’s just north of Trenton. State police say a preliminary investigation has found that a tractor trailer came up upon slow moving traffic and caused the crash. Six vehicles — two tractor trailers, an SUV and two cars — all were involved, state police said. (NBC Philadelphia)
The comedian is reportedly still in critical condition and receiving treatment at a nearby hospital.
The 30 Rock actor was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Center in New Brunswick, N.J. He is in intensive care, state police confirm. The bus was carrying six passengers in all. One passenger on the bus has died, state police say. Three were critically hurt and one is in fair condition, hospital officials say. (NBC Philadelphia)
Despite the graphic nature of the accident, neither drugs or alcohol are suspected factors to the wreck.
Morgan, 45, was traveling in a limo bus on the New Jersey Turnpike in Cranbury around 1 a.m. when the vehicle overturned, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Gregory Williams told FoxNews.com. Two tractor-trailers were involved, and one of them may have rear-ended the limo bus, Williams said. An SUV and two cars were also involved in the crash.
