On July 21, Eminem and Rihanna teamed up in Los Angeles for video shoot of their duet track “Love the Way You Lie”. In a picture obtained by RapRadar, the SlimShady is seen sporting a casual white undershirt while the Barbadian singer is snapped wearing all-black-everything ensemble. More set images from the Wednesday filming are out via On Location News. They all capture Rihanna performing in front of a burning house. Eminem was “later seen but not photographed” performing together with her on the same set. (Ace Showbiz)
Actors Dominic Monaghan and Megan Fox are reportedly in the video.
The music video for Eminem’s next single is shaping up to be quite the all-star affair. According to E!‘s Marc Malkin, Megan Fox and Lost’s Dominic Monaghan will play the two leads in the clip for Em’s duet with Rihanna, “Love the Way You Lie.” “Plans call for some rather steamy sequences between D.M. and Fox,” writes Malkin. Details on what they will be doing within the video have also been revealed.
Their roles are apparently inspired by Eminem’s relationship with ex-wife Kim (They married and divorced twice!). “Things start off with a sex scene between Megan and Dominic,” a source said. “Then they fight but end up having sex again.” The source described the look and feel of the video as “gritty” with “lots of passion.” (E! The single is featured off Eminem’s new Recovery album which currently rests atop the sales chart.
