After I got the win and the ref stopped the fight, I was overcome with emotion.
It was the biggest milestone of my life. I can’t wait to fight again. I have a huge passion for the sport and being able to be a part of the UFC, an amazing organization, it’s been awesome.
It’s been a rough ride for me but it’s been great. I always look at the positive and my next fight is going to be great as well.
You watch a lot of fights and the guys feel each other out. They like to hang around during the first round. Some people like to feel their opponent and then attack.
That’s not the type of fighter I am. I fight with a lot of emotion. I go in there looking to murder someone but afterward we hug it out. I do.
I love to fight in the cage and it’s all good when we walk out but when the door closes, it’s war.
