New York rapper Roland “Troy Ave” Collins is going to have to call up the best lawyer money can buy after being indicted Thursday (June 9) on felony charges related to last month’s fatal Irving Plaza concert shooting.
According to reports, Ave will have to stand trial on multiple serious charges including attempted murder.
Rapper Troy Ave was indicted on charges related to the fatal shooting of his pal and bodyguard at a T.I. concert near Union Square last month, prosecutors announced Thursday in Manhattan court. Collins is due back in court June 22. He is being held without bail. (New York Post)
Earlier this week, Troy proclaimed his innocence and intent to receive bail from jail.

Last week on Instagram, fellow rapper Meek Mill posted up a pic of the New York rapper in a wheelchair and started up a “Free Troy Ave” hashtag.
