The sister of late bodyguard Ronald “Banga” McPhatter can’t take it anymore. Jamie Modelz has come forward to speak out on controversy Troy Ave‘s created from a recent interview.
Over the past few days, Jamie has used Facebook to lash back at Ave and promise to let the truth out behind her slain brother’s life.
This week, New York native Mysonne publicly went off on Troy Ave for referring to himself as the late Tupac Shakur.
Earlier in the week, Troy made headlines after likening himself to late rap icon Tupac Shakur.
“I go in the motherf*cking clubs and n*ggas is going crazy, in the clubs and the streets where they’re playing all the f*cking trap music, all types of sh*t. N*ggas go crazy. ‘Oh sh*t, that’s Troy Ave.’ N*gga, is the second coming of 2Pac. New Pac. I go do shows, n*gga, everything different. The handshakes different. N*gga, women suck a n*gga d*ck different. Everything is different, n*gga. N*gga, I said [I’m] the new Pac. I said that’s how it feel. Everything is different.” (“The Breakfast Club”)
Recently, Troy spoke out on his now-infamous 2016 near-fatal New York concert shooting.
“I wear bulletproof vests. You see I had to take off my vest before we sat down here. But I’ve just been through so much, I’m not letting nobody kill me. Nobody’s taking my life. I’m going in just to build on my dream and I’m like, ‘Wow. I’m in New York City. Tip’s got a show. T.I.’s got a show. I’ma come out. Everybody’s gonna go crazy like, ‘Oh, Troy Ave. He’s one of us. It’s the Brooklyn boy.
