Music streaming giant TIDAL is helping everyone get through Hump Day this week with a surprise performance from one of its biggest stars.
Tonight (February 22), TIDAL is set to livestream an unannounced pop-up show from Latin superstar Romeo Santos.
Following two exciting pop-up shows in New York and Los Angeles, Romeo Santos will close out TIDAL X Sprint pop-up show series in Miami and is making the show available for fans globally. Members can tune in beginning at 8PM ET at RomeoSantos.TIDAL.com. Over the last week, TIDAL members and Sprint subscribers were invited to vote for their city for a chance to win a surprise show from the King of Bachata. The Los Angeles and New York shows were a hit — Sprint stores saw lines down the street for tickets and the venues were packed!
Recently, TIDAL associate T.I. reacted to the massive streaming service teaming up with Sprint.
Earlier the same week, buzz developed about Sprint acquiring 33 percent of TIDAL.
TIDAL and its artists will make exclusive content that will only be available to current and new Sprint customers. JAY Z and the artist-owners will continue to run TIDAL’s artist-centric service as it pioneers and grows the direct relationship between artists and fans. The formidable pairing of Sprint and TIDAL will grow customers on both platforms by offering exclusive access for customers who subscribe to TIDAL. TIDAL head Jay Z almost immediately issued a statement to confirm the deal and detail its significance.
