Atlanta rapper T.I. and Tiny’s publicized marriage issues have turned even uglier. New reports claim the “King of the South” has received divorce papers from his longtime day one.
According to reports, Tiny recently had Tip served with legal paperwork centered on their split.
E! News can confirm Tiny served the rapper (real name Clifford J. Harris, Jr.) with divorce papers this week, which he responded to by filing his acknowledgment of the service on April 24. The couple were married for six years before Tiny filed for divorce on December 26. The pair have have three children together, King Harris, Major Harris and Heiress Harris. (E! News)
Recently, hip-hop model Amber Rose publicly spoke out on her longtime pal Bernice Burgos getting dragged into the Tip/Tiny drama.
“My thing is nobody is saying anything about T.I., everybody is saying everything about Bernice but really nobody knows anything. No one knows facts. So, that’s what makes me so frustrated that immediately you go towards the woman. It’s all her fault, she did it, she’s the one that seduced him when really it’s a mutual thing. Right? It takes two to tango. She’s saying that she’s not doing it. I don’t know what he’s saying. Tiny’s probably just upset because that’s her husband. I get it. It’s a big ol’ mess and I just feel like as women we need to stick together. There’s an easier way to get this done. Tiny, call her, have a mature conversation and figure out what the hell it is.”

A few days prior, Tip discussed how he’s handled the Bernice Burgos/Tiny social media drama.
“Absolutely not,” Tip said when asked if he gets texts at 3 o’clock in the morning. “What’s a screenshot? What is it a screenshot of, I should say. [A screenshot of Bernice back and forth?] If I did, I would say, ‘What are you doing up at this time of night worrying yourself about this? Why are you not resting and preparing yourself for your day tomorrow?’ [laughs] I’m just saying.” (“The Angie Martinez Show”)
