Grammy-winning singer T-Pain recently talked about the classics pop singer Justin Bieber is crafting in the music studio and why the R&B world might have some serious competition on its hands. #BieberFever
In T-Pizzle’s opinion, J. Biebs has put together some of the best records he’s heard in decades.
“The Bieber record is really, really R&B, surprisingly,” the singer told MTV News this week. “He’s doing some great R&B music right now, and it’s like literally the best R&B music I’ve heard in years. I haven’t heard music like this since like early 2000s, ’90s. It’s insane. He’s doing really good right now.” (MTV)
Back in February, Bieber hinted at working alongside Pain.
“Good creating with @TPAIN last night. Be creative,” Bieber tweeted February 5. (Justin Bieber’s Twitter)
Footage and photos of rap star Rick Ross and the Biebs showing love to the late Tupac Shakur surfaced online a few weeks ago.
The 20-year-old Canadian pop star appeared shirtless at a club in Cannes and did his best version of a Tupac classic. Bieber, who was at Club Gotha with Rick Ross, rapped along to the Tupac song “Dear Mama.” He also hopped on stage to join Ross as the rapper performed on stage. The singer was in France to catch the Cannes Film Festival. He later tweeted a picture of himself posing with Ross with the caption “Boss.” (NY Daily News)
Earlier this year, Cash Money Records head Birdman leaned on J. Bieber to help celebrate his daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday.
Justin Bieber now does BIRTHDAYS — at least for the filthy rich daughters of millionaire rap executives — and we got video proof … the Biebs singing for Birdman’s little girl at her over-the-top sweet sixteen this weekend. Bria Williams celebrated the big 1-6 at The Bath Club in Miami Beach Saturday night — a Paris-themed bash replete with a Bugatti’d out arrival, a “glitter” carpet entrance, a giant cake … and her big present, a matte black Mercedes G-Class. But the real highlight — Bieber sent her a “happy birthday” video … which was played in the middle of the party. (TMZ)
