Rumors on a wedding for rapper T.I. and his long-time fiancee Tameka "Tiny" Cottle have hit the Internet and suggest that the ceremony will take place this weekend in Hawaii.
Speculation on the event leaked onto the Internet Friday (July 23) afternoon.
The rapper is reportedly set to marry his longtime love Tameka Cottle, aka Tiny, this weekend. The nuptials will take place in Hawaii. Sources tell Ace Showbiz that Tiny has already flown members of her family over to the island for the celebration. (Holly Scoop)
Despite these reports, other sites are citing a misinterpretation of the couple’s family trip to Hawaii.
Sister 2 Sister hears that this is just a family trip. In other words: No wedding this weekend.” T.I. and Tiny (formerly of Xscape) have been together for nine years and have two sons. He recently dedicated the music video of “Got Your Back” to Tiny (who has a cameo). (LA Late)
Together for nearly a decade, both artists share children together.
T.I., 29, is a rapper and songwriter while Tiny, 35, is a former Xscape member. The couple have two sons together, Clifford ‘King’ Joseph III and Major Philant. T.I. has two other sons, Domani Uriah and Messiah Ya’Majesty, from an ex-girlfriend and a daughter, Deyjah Imani, from yet another relationship. Tiny recently confirmed a wedding with T.I. would likely take place in 2010.
“There are wedding plans coming soon, sometime this year,” she said in an interview. “Not too big ’cause I want it to be as private as possible. We living, we’re happy, we’re in love. I mean, it’s no doubt in my mind that he doesn’t love every piece of me and vice versa so we’re just doing what’s comfortable and what works for us.
