T.I. Solves Tiny Problem, Tries To Make Things “Stay” In Place [Audio]

Grammy-winning rapper T.I. is not afraid to let fans into his personal life after appearing to discuss where things stand with publicized reality television star wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle on the new “Stay” song.

Although Tip kept the name-dropping out of his bars, he made ample references to their relationship.

“Man after everything we will never be the same/ Man I’m tired of tellin’ lies, know you sick of playin’ games/ I remember you got a tattoo, put my name on it,” the Atlanta native raps on the first verse of the soulful song, which features Victoria MonĂ©t. Later, the emotion continues to flow: “And you can’t say that I ain’t changed your whole life since we met that day/ And when we get it right, God bless that day/ But until then, shawty, I just pray.” (MTV)

A few days ago, both Tiny and T.I. downplayed their names being drawn into some controversy with the boxing champion.

T.I.’s wife Tiny confirms that statement … telling us she’s never had sexual relations with Floyd — and thinks he only spoke out at the presser to get revenge for her BET Awards diss. As for T.I. … he simply told us, “I hope he is enjoying himself. God bless him.” (TMZ)

Despite the widespread coverage, Mayweather cleared up the matter last weekend.

Floyd Mayweather says he never had sex with T.I.‘s wife Tiny … and claims the audio in the footage we posted this morning wasn’t clear. Mayweather tells TMZ Sports …he ACTUALLY said, “he thinks I was f***ing his bitch.” In the video, Floyd does try to mutter something before the sex line — but it’s hard to make out. Mayweather adds, “I’ve never been with Tiny sexually. I respect her situation and I think she’s a good person. I would never disrespect a marriage.” (TMZ)

While he did not get deep into details, T.I. recently admitted his problems with Floyd dated back past May.

“There was history. There was definitely history,” Tip said in an interview. “I don’t care what you do to whoever else. I don’t care who you speak to, how you speak to them. You dealing with me you gonna deal with me like a man. I feel like my steps are guided, man. I’m a man of God. When I step I ain’t got nobody to fear, but God himself. I don’t got no fire I can’t walk through. I done been through it all.” (Hot 97)
