Grammy-winning rapper T.I. dishes on his personal life in the new issue of ELLE Magazine and even talked about his sexual past.
According to Tip, he has taken his bedroom acts to a public setting before.
“I’ve had sex on a beach. Not exactly in Bermuda. It was more of a metaphor…You gotta have your utensils together, you know what I’m saying? A towel, a blanket—come prepared for the elements. It’s the kind of thing you do once, say you’ve done it, and then say, “Okay, okay, it’s enough. Let’s go somewhere else.” (ELLE)

Tip also reflected on women and relationships during his stint behind bars.
“I saw so many guys worrying about their women and what they’re doing and all that sh*t. They end up making their time so much harder on themselves. You don’t know where they’re at, so there’s no use worrying yourself about it.” (ELLE)
The “King of the South” appeared in Mississippi to receive a huge honor last month.
Mayor Tony Yarber, who presented the key to the city to T.I., said the rapper would have more of an impact on young people to encourage them to stay away from crime. Yarber said some people may have a problem with him giving the key to the city to a convicted felon, but the mayor said it was about trying to reach young people. T.I. acknowledged his criminal past, but said if you want to be different, you must do things different. (Clarion Ledger)
Tip also spoke to local students about the importance of receiving an education.
“The most important thing in life that you can acquire is an education,” T.I. said. “It’s more valuable than cash, bank balances, diamonds and gold. The only reason I say that is because an education is something that you use to acquire all of these things.” (WAPT News)
