T.I. Defends Helping Troubled Pop Star: “It Was Hard Enough For Me To Become A Man W/ $100K” [Video]

Grammy-winning rapper T.I. recently came forward to speak out on lending a helping hand to troubled pop star Justin Bieber in light of recent publicized run-ins with law enforcement.

According to Tip, the Biebs has had to deal with life under the scrutiny of media and press.

“All of us as adults has had that transitional period where we’ve had to evolve from adolescence to manhood. He’s doing it in the limelight, in the eyes of the public and all the entrapments that come with being a celebrity and playing with a hundred million liquid. It was hard enough for me to become a man with a hundred thousand. A hundred million? I can imagine the mistakes that could be made. I just try and offer insight wherever needed.” (“Arsenio”)

Recent photos of “King of the South” and Justin Biebs started to make rounds across the Internet last weekend.

Justin Bieber is getting down with Hustle Gang. During his productive trip to Atlanta, the pop superstar logged some studio time with the King of the South himself, T.I. “In the studio with TI,” tweeted Bieber, who also changed his Instagram name to “Bizzle.” T.I.’s sons, Messiah and Domani, also got to meet the Biebs. “@bizzle came to parlay w/Me & da #familyhustlegang we puttin in #WORK #hustlegangovererrrthang,” said Tip. Along with Tip, Bizzle has clocked in some studio time with other rap stars including T-Pain and Diddy.

Justin has been racking up his hip-hop collaborations while in ATL. He was recently in the lab with T-Pain and hit the club (and studio) with Diddy, Rick Ross, Wale, and Jermaine Dupri. “Say what you want about @justinbieber but that man is about to drop some of the best music I’ve heard in years. YEARS!!” declared T-Pain. (Rap-Up)

Recently, Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon said Justin should think twice before putting himself into sticky situations.

“Shorty, you got to be held accountable for the things that you do, you know what I mean,” Rae said. “Don’t throw it all away for nothing. People love you because they see that you have something — you can’t. You got to show them that you won’t change as a person, but you’ll grow through experiences. … Just be a little bit more cautious on how you do sh*t, you know” Don’t do your sh*t corny-looking. Do it in a way that people respect that you’re getting older. He got paper. He coolin’. He can have anything that he wants. Sometimes because of our success we let that go through our head, too. I like him, personally. That’s my guy. I wish him the best.” (AHH)
