Days after T.I.'s now-infamous altercation with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather, new footage of the "King of the South" becoming visibly upset trying to enter a Nicki Minaj party hours prior has surfaced. #DriveSlowHomie
Prior to being allowed inside the event, Tip blew up after security refused to provide him access.
T.I.’s temper was already revved up just hours before he got into a violent brawl with Floyd Mayweather on the Vegas Strip — when security at a crowded pool party DENIED his ass … and it’s all caught on video. Witnesses tell TMZ T.I. had shown up to Liquid — the pool party at Aria where Nicki Minaj was performing last weekend — but he tried to side step security with his posse. (TMZ)
Tip relied on his Instagram page to dismiss reports of enduring physical harm to his face a few days ago.
“They said I’ve got two black eyes. Where they at, though? These ones I’m looking at? Is they black for real? D*mn, been like that all my life. F*cked my hand up. That’s about it. [laughs],” Tip said in a video followed by the caption “Two black what?????? C’mon now. Never in da history of Nigga-dom. But nice try tho. Lol” (T.I.’s Instagram)
Following the controversy, Mayweather admitted a recent photo of himself alongside T.I.’s wife Tiny most likely sparked the early Sunday (May 25) confrontation.
“I’m eating at Fatburger and next thing you know, he walk in talking about we need to talk again. And then I told him, “You need to get the f-ck outta my face. That’s what you better do.” And then he said, “I ain’t talking to all these people so you ain’t gotta talk loud.” I said, “Listen, don’t come to my face with no disrespectful sh-t. Like I told you before, you must’ve forgot what I did for a living.” He said, “You do in the ring, I do it in the streets.” I said, “My man, I do it everywhere. You can find out if you want to.” Just like that. … Then a couple of words exchange and people got to pushing and a riot kinda broke out. And then a bunch of chaos and that was basically it. Money Mayweather also apologized for taking an indirect shot at Tiny.
“Only person I wanna apologize towards is Tiny. I said something like “control your b-tch” and I don’t want to say that about Tiny. So I do apologize to Tiny because she cool people, man. She cool. She never been disrespectful to me. Shekinah never been disrespectful to me. I’m going to continue to support Tiny and Shekinah cause they’re cool people and I don’t got nothing against them.
