While keeping matters short and simple, Tip tweeted what he has been up to over the past 48 hours.

“http://plixi.com/p/44349642 Went to see my niece in the hospital &, she made my day!!! she’s fighting cancer & worried about how I’m doing. Uncle Tip rides 4u…Thru It All,No Matter What!!!”,” he tweeted Friday (September 10).

Last weekend, Tip was spotted in an Atlanta nightclub.

T.I. was motivated to get back to ATL. After he and his wife Tiny were arrestedfor alleged drug possession last week in West Hollywood, the King of the South returned home, following orders from his parole officer, for an impromptu performance of “Motivation” at Club Ritz in Riverdale. He was joined by fellow rapper and friend Nelly and received lots of love from the crowd. The song’s lyrics couldn’t have been more appropriate at this time. “Anythang don’t kill me, make me better,” Tip emphatically rapped while wearing sweats and an AKOO T-Shirt that read, “Pain is a small thing to a giant.” (Rap-Up)

Recent tests confirmed T.I. and his wife, Tiny, reportedly possessed ecstasy pills when arrested earlier this month.

Pills found in the car of rapper/actor T.I.and his wife Tameka Cottle have tested positive as a type of Ecstasy, RadarOnline.com has learned, and the case has now been turned over to the District Attorney’s office which now must decide what, if any charges will be filed against the couple. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, T.I., who’s real name is Clifford Harris, Jr. was arrested Wednesday night, along with his wife, in West Hollywood, California. (Radar Online)

The arrest has also severed T.I.’s endorsement relationship with body spray company AXE.

T.I.’s ecstasy arrest has caused a serious stink with some of his sponsors — in fact, TMZ has learned the people behind AXE body spray are considering kicking the rapper to the curb. A rep for AXE tells TMZ they’re “troubled by [T.I.’s] arrest” and have been forced into “reviewing our promotional activities” with the rapper. Translation — it doesn’t look good for T.I. So far, T.I. is still featured on the company’s website but it smells like that could change at any moment. (TMZ)
