Former Bad Boy Records artist Shyne has delved into his issues with Game and questioned just how credible the West Coast rapper's street image is this week.
Shyne specifically took note of the lack of injuries Game’s rap rival 40 Glocc endured after a physical altercation last summer.
“First, every record that Game raps, it’s ‘Oh, I’m doing my time with Shyne. Oh, free Shyne. Oh, I’m going to smuggle Shyne out of Belize.’ … So how you go from being my biggest cheerleader — to now you have this issue, that issue. … Listen, Game ain’t not gangster rapper. He’s a dude with a butterfly on his face and a tongue ring, that’s what they said he had, he used to be a stripper. These dude’s is fronting man. All that 40 Glocc, that’s a joke. I don’t know what part of the hood he from, but in Compton and South Central dudes ain’t letting you walk away. I know they not letting you walk away in Brooklyn because if you get lucky and there ain’t no gunplay, you going in a coma, you going to be brain dead, all your fronts [teeth] gonna be missing, eye sockets, broken jaw, something. What world, what culture do we live in where he let home boy walk away and everybody thinks he’s a gangster.” (“The Breakfast Club”)
Prior to his response, Game went off on Shyne via Twitter with a slew of accusations earlier in the week.
“@originalshyne only reason u had a career is cause Diddy’s d*ck being stuck in ya throat made u sound like BIGGIE !!!,” Game tweeted November 13th.
“@OriginalShyne u bust the 1st shot at the ceiling like Police do in movies & sh*t.. Then yo scary a** shot into a crowd & hit a black woman.”
“@OriginalShyne if that make u gangsta…. I don’t wanna be 1, u fake jew, cute curly sideburn havin a** n*gga.”

A few days ago, the deported rapper released a response record called “Psalms 68 (Guns & Moses)” aimed at Game.
“This little busta named Game wanna rhyme like Po/ Cause I rhyme like gold, I rhyme like I be climbin’ out that Rolls/ The Nine I’ll let it blow, put five up in your clothes/ Head shots leave ya slumped, dumped, reclining at ya door, oh,” Shyne spits acapella to set things off. The former Bad Boy MC goes on to charge that Game patterned his rap style after the one he came into the game with back with his 2000 self-titled debut. “Only God knows, I’m the idol that you bow too/ Realest alive, your red flag is a costume,” he continues before mocking Game’s new album title spitting: “Tell Jesus peace and I’ma smile at your wake.” (RapFix)
The response followed Game’s “Cough Up A Lung” music video freestyle diss.
