[Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name their Top 5 rappers of all-time. To make things tricky, we've created a "Hall of Fame" of emcees (see right) who are universally respected and therefore may not be mentioned. After Matt Diamond listed his top five choices, P.E.T.A.'s Megan Rondeau unwraps her fave picks.]

T.I. I have to go with T.I. Ever since I heard some of his first songs going out to parties, they were always playing. His Paper Trail album was like “Album of the Year” for me. I just love his whole style.
-
OutKast. I have to go with OutKast. I think they are a band I’ve always loved. Their albums were always huge and made fun music. I remember always hearing their music going out ot parties.
-
Beastie Boys. I’m a big Beastie Boys fan. I have to name them. I grew up listening to them. They also fight for animal rights. They’ve always had records I’ve loved. They have a unique style and they try to make albums that don’t sound the same. They are also just great people in general.

Ludacris. I chose Luda for the same reason I went with OutKast. He’s funny, has a great sense of humor and makes really good music. He makes songs that everyone knows the words to. Everything he puts out, I love.

Missy Elliott. I want to name Lauryn Hill but I’m going with Missy for this spot. She came out right around the time when Lil Kim and Foxy Brown were getting big and really had that ultra sexy look. But then you have Missy who was bigger and had her own powerful hip-hop voice. It was crazy. She didn’t back down to anyone and had a strong female voice.
