Atlanta rapper Roscoe Dash is not backing down or inking up an open apology to Wale or Kanye West a week after calling them out on Twitter and said he felt obligated to put people up on the shady music industry.

Dash also slightly blamed himself for having too generous of a personality toward other artists.

“I just want people to understand what people have to go through in the industry, what we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis,” Roscoe told MTV News, explaining why he lashed out on Twitter. “No matter who you are, no matter what you’ve done in the past, it’s a dirty game. … People like myself who are generous, we like to go out and participate in other people’s stuff. We like to keep our hands in a lot of different things rather than just worry about one specific thing, which would be ourselves. … Me particularly, just because of the past stuff I’ve been going through with my personal career, [I thought] maybe I don’t have to worry about this right now. F— talking about the album: Let’s go and do something else over here and get my mind off of this for minute so when I come back I have a clear head [and know] what I wanna do. [But] we get walked on a lot, and I just want people to know that it happens. Plain and simple.” (MTV)

The rapper’s remarks toward Wale caught Maybach Music Group artist Meek Mill’s attention who quickly poked fun at him.

“Yo @Roscoedash u must not b getting no money b! Lol,” he tweeted.

“yo I was just bidding off ya nut a**! Lol @Roscoedash u a weirdo u really b on Facebook? Ya page hacked the awards next week! Lol I quit!”

“Yo @Roscoedash but I don’t want no problems…I was just bidding off ya nut a** 4 opening ya mouth last time lol” (Meek Mill’s Twitter)

R&B singer Miguel also addressed Dash’s remarks hours after he claimed responsibility for penning “Lotus Flower Bomb.”

“As far as I know, Wale and another artist that I recently met penned the original ‘Lotus Flower Bomb’ chorus and I came in and added the second half or the end part…I’m not going to explain myself, this is retarded. I don’t know anything about Roscoe Dash. At the end of the day, I know my involvement in the song and as far as I know, Wale and I, and this other guy, wrote the chorus. The other guy was an alternative artist. I think anyone that wants to know who wrote the song can check the credits. I don’t know, I don’t really care. If he did write part of it, then he should get credit for it. All I know is that I didn’t write my portion of the song with Wale in the room-he was in Atlanta, I was in New York. If anyone had any involvement prior to me being involved, that’s unbeknownst to me. Definitely if he wrote a part of it, he should get credit for it but as far as I know, the people who deserve credit on the song are listed. Twitter is definitely not the place to handle business per say. If he wanted to get that rectified, he would have his lawyer contact the proper people.” (Complex)

The melee all started after Roscoe came clean on his alleged uncredited contributions to hit records.

“After getting off the phone with @wale I feel like I need to clarify I WROTE THE HOOK for “lotus flowerbomb” not his verses”

“However the record went #1 & I wasnt credited”

“& as far as @KanyeWest “To The World” if u listen close my adlibs are STILL in the song” (Roscoe Dash’s Twitter)
