Grammy-winning singer Rihanna took to social networking heading into the weekend to undress her new Nude by Rihanna fragrance dropping this fall.
RiRi took to her Twitter page to unveil the steamy fragrance advertisement.
As if Rihanna needs more social media traffic–or controversy–her new fragrance is called Nude. That’s right. Rihanna’s Nude. And she tweeted the first promo ad for her new scent to her over 26 million followers last night. The Nude ad features Rihanna, 24, looking very Old Hollywood glamorous with wavy platinum blonde hair, wearing a cream lace bra with sheer cream chiffon fabric wafting over her nether region. Rihanna smiles broadly and, really, why wouldn’t she? Given her popularity with men and women, this fragrance is sure to sell like crazy. (Hollywood Reporter)
Rihanna strongly emphasized the naked aspect of her new perfume.

She could gain a lot of free promotion after more than 150,000 fans “liked” the photo on Facebook.
The “We Found Love” singer — who has more than 26 million followers on the social networking site — is releasing a new fragrance called Nude next year and took to Twitter to share her latest ad. The Tweet links to an Instagram picture featuring a scantily clad Rihanna, smiling and sporting platinum blond locks. She wears lace lingerie and covers the rest of her body with what looks like some lightly colored gossamer. Rihanna’s new ad generated a lot of love from fans, with 153,000 liking the picture as of Saturday afternoon. (New York Daily News)
This upcoming retail fragrance marks the singer’s latest since last year.
This will be the third fragrance she has released since 2011. Her other fragrances were “Reb’l Fleur ” and “Rebelle “. She has also mentioned in the past that there will be a line of men’s fragrances available sometime in the future. Her reasons behind this additional line were mentioned on Hello Beautiful stating, “I want dudes to smell like [when] you wake up, you know that smell…their cologne is a little bit old…you spray it on their jackets and take it with you just to keep them there, that it smells cozy and it smells sexy.” (Examiner)
