According to Ricky Rozay, he has been working rigorously out for nearly two years.

“I’m still a big boy,” Ross said when asked about his weight loss. “Man, I’ve been working out. I’ve been on that RossFit program. I started that about a year, a year and a half ago. Reebok had introduced me to it and I dropped a few [pounds]. You gotta do RossFit. Do that RossFit. It’s just that turning up, you going hard. You’re just going hard. I was quitting everyday like, ‘I can’t do this. This ain’t for Rozay.’ Then they started dragging you on those long runs and once you’re out there, you’re out there. You gotta finish. I just completed my first four mile walk/jog.” (“The Breakfast Club”)

Ross has reportedly shed 100 pounds over the past year.

The hip-hop star has been losing weight gradually since last year and has dropped an estimated 100 pounds at least, according to reports. Ross, who has continuously touted Reebok’s CrossFit program when asked about his slimmer figure, and his rep have not confirmed an actual number. Fans started to notice Ross’ weight loss last fall (pictured above, left, Ross performs in Miami on Nov. 23, 2013). Over the summer, Ross said he had relied on a personal trainer and a gym routine to lose weight.

“I ain’t really keeping up with the amount of weight,” Ross said when asked how much weight he has lost. “I just wanted to get into better shape, put myself in a better position. I still eat the way I want to eat. I just go to the gym now. I do this sh*t called CrossFit. I call it RossFit. It’s called RossFit now. If y’all see this, hashtag RossFit. … Reebok had introduced me to a trainer and what he turned me onto was, let’s say for instance, if you’re on a treadmill and you did that sh*t for 30 minutes, you burning calories but you could be doing something that’s burning calories and building muscles at the same time.” (“Tim Westwood TV”)

  1. I told niggas Reebok ain’t drop him just put his endorsement on hold till them bitches stop tripping.

    • Can say what you want bruh. They officially stated that they’ve ended their partner ship with him. If he wants to decorate his garden with Reebok merchandise and give them free publicity it’s on him.

  2. Oldest trick in da book. Pay for surgery then pose infront of some weights acting like u been working out for years. Lmaooo @ these lying ass celebs

    • He’s rich. He had personal trainers pushing him and I’m sure he had a nutritionist or a chef making him meals. If he got surgery he would look like Al Shapton with a beard.
